Location: the hotel was not far from Chambery, and a lake. We had an excellent and lovely room, also there were a coffee/tea maker, a flat screen TV, and a writing table. The free parking was on site, amazing service.

We stayed at Savoy for a weekend getaway by the lake. The room was cozy with a small window view of the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The hotel offered secure storage for our bikes, and the staff, especially Roxanne, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had a wide selection, perfect for starting our day. The highlight was the restaurant, serving an exquisite Michelin-star quality meal. The entire staff was accommodating, making our visit truly memorable.

The Savoy Hotel exceeded all expectations during our stay. The rooms were modernized, spacious, and offered stunning views of the lake. The highlight of our trip was dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the young chef showcased his incredible skills and creativity. It truly was a family affair, with the owners and their son leading the way to create an outstanding dining experience. The friendliness of the staff and the hotel's proximity to the lake were also major highlights.
No complaints, everything was exceptional.

The hotel's location is advantageous for strolling around the lake on foot. It's quite close to a few dining options, but it's situated on a bustling road next to the lake, which makes parking tenuous. the rooms are courteous, and the en-suite is spacious and tastefully equipped, especially the showers that make it comfortable for long stays.
Guests complain about the long, one-pillow for two people system that is impractical, causing discomfort for couples who face different issues in personal preferences.

Stunning lake and mountain views, convenient location near eating places and car parks, easy driving distance to Aix-les-Bains and Mont Revard, friendly owners and staff, dog-friendly.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
